I did send the right measurements, yet when I finally received the jacket it was noticeably large. Now I have to pay even more money than the jacket itself to correct it if at all possible.

UPS really screwed up on the delivery of the package and it almost got returned without me even getting a chance to pick it up. The seller responded quickly to my messages about this and intercepted the return for me. There were more issues on UPS side. The seller kept in touch throughout the long process.
