    Order timely shipped and rec'd 9/15. Reached out, same day, to report missing accessory item not included withing rechargeable brush kit. This delayed initial use with brush unit. Seller quickly responded with a resolution, to send missing brush head type, receiving on 9/19. Based on this experience, I can recommend this trusted seller. Should the 'open box' rechargeable unit itself become faulty over first 30 days of use, I'll notify seller.

    Original order was shipped promptly with confirmed correct address but the USPS miss delivered to another state! Waited to see if they fixed that but didn’t. Messaged seller who immediately replaced the order. I didn’t expect that, I asked to inquire about it and would be more than happy to wait a reasonable time for resolving the matter.     The product was packed well and recieved in great condition. Product was just as described and sold for a great price. It was sealed and exactly as described. I made a mistake with my order.
