They arrived just over an hour ago huge box for two lonely hard drives but they were well packaged and both had electrostatic bags. Both of the drives look to be in great condition and both of them worked 1st time with no hard drive spin of death noise. Windows picked them both up with no issues at all and they both ran pretty quietly when I tested them with crystal disk mark. Does not look as though these drives were used very much.

Label did not have my name on. Found parcel left outside neighbours flat who was not in so clearly not signed for even though dhl say it was signed for. Very poor delivery. Checked item all there but not tried it yet.

Avesta UK were excellent in keeping in contact with me,we both tried several ways of trying to get the DVR to work, but it seemed that there was a fault with the DVR, NO reflection at all on Avesta, things can get damaged , etc in transport and shipping. Avesta uk refunded the purchase cost and I WILL be going back to them .
