They promised, took my money, then reneged. Seller then gave wrong city for delivery destination (they told me Oakland, CA and rug sent to Carmel, CA). Drove 300 miles round trip for nothing. Stay clear of these people. I contacted him of course apologizing for the situation it is not in my hands to give an exact date when the carpet is in the U.S via Fedex.. and wrote several times that he can plan the delivery date himself via Fedex.. unfortunately it went wrong when Fedex unexpectedly tried to deliver the package early and he tried to catch up on the package on time and missed it... because of that he lost valuable time we agreed on an amount to compensate his damage after a telephone convers
