I know she shipped immediately and believe something went wrong through the shipping that was not the seller's fault. Once item was 10 days late, I requested a refund, which I received immediately. They finally arrived 2/25. They were packaged appropriately and were described and the color was pictured accurately. The shipping did get pushed back as I had to wait an additional from the original estimated date, but waiting wasn't a problem. Overall a good experience and I'm happy with my skirt !
