Tesla quoted me $2,700 to make this change so I saved a lot of $$$. Seller provides great communication and help along the way. Only tools you really need is a 10MM Hex wrench with extension and a small flat head screwdriver to help unlock cables. There is a good youtube video showing the process done by a real Tesla service person. I had a few questions and the seller responded immediately every time.
