Great value for price compared to retail options. ONLY THING, is that it seems like some of the key markings are in another language? French maybe? But I don't really hold the seller accountable for that --I think it's possible that may be how the device was sold in retail? Just was different from expectations of typical US keyboard symbol markings.

Asked seller to send a cord, which they responded that they inspected each box (and resealed it after?) and offered a partial refund instead. I took them up on it. Had to order a generic charging cord, which of course is taking forever to arrive.
