None of this is the sellers fault, but they might want to look into a different carrier for their products. It was still shrink wrapped and unopened as described. Great price for this item. Regardless of the carrier failures I would still buy from this seller as they did their part the way they should. Thank you.

Offered a rebate if I kept item or full refund if I wanted to return item. Decided to keep it and there was no damage to contents. Very satisfied with service provided by seller. Only took four days of back and forth emails and have already received refund. Could not be happier with outcome. Would certainly buy from this seller again.
