Seller tried to contact me but I didn’t see it until I went to write her about the wrong product. She could not locate the item she was selling so sent another in its place for FREE, REFUNDED my money in full and promised to contact me once she located the correct item. Honesty is guaranteed by this seller. Shipping, Packaging were all great! Cant wait till she finds the right coffee mug!
