It was very well packed and has just a couple of small scratches on the back. I checked it was working but am not yet using it as my old KVM switch is not working, and I am waiting on delivery of a new one. I plan to use my old PC for Excel & Word only, and to migrate the remainder of the apps onto the new device. I would like to fit a back-up SSD drive if possible. That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging.
