I had to send multiple messages to request a response and get eBay involved before they gave me an offer of 10 % of the full price! I found that insulting and unacceptable. Again I had to get eBay to provide a return shipping label and Finally a full refund. This is the worse seller I have dealt with in my 25 years on eBay. They even sent me an item that didn't match the picture or description or product upc code. Absolutely aweful.
