He was responsive to my queries even before the printer was shipped and he kept me in the loop while he was shipping it. The printer was packaged really well. It almost looked like it came directly from SOVOL. I did have some issues with the zoffset and extrusion on the SV08 and he helped me guide through it. I was especially struggling with the extrusion and he even sent over a spare extruder to fix it.
