From ordering, it took very nearly four weeks to deliver from the USA - way longer than anything else I’ve bought from there. No explanation was offered.

I’ve requested a refund many times but she is not responding. It’s been 3 days since she’s received it. I want my refund which is due to me. Need your help. Never experienced this with any seller before. They left feedback before I could confirm receipt. No requests were ever denied — in fact, no further contact was made after I initially said they were welcome to return it, until today when the case was suddenly escalated with a tracking number that I had never been provided. I do my best to work with every buyer, even the very impatient ones.
