I'm only 200 miles south of the Oregon border, so that amount of time is odd, but that's on the carrier not the seller, because the info here says it was shipped to the 21st. Unless that was only when the label was created and not when it actually got to the carrier. ??? It looks to be in great condition at least, and I wasn't in a hurry, it's a spare for a bike which is still being saved

The item was as described but not worth the value he wanted for it. The package was all beat up. It came in a week late, won’t buy from this seller ever!!!
