We had a SNAFU on shipping and the seller immediately fixed the problem (like within 5 minutes of my contacting her!) I'm giving a 5 for shipping because of the fast and efficient way a partial refund was handled. This is a seller you can rely on!

It took a couple of days to get shipped out. It's a beautiful design and I am very happy with my purchase; I wish I would have been able to get all the fabric that was available. I have to mention, for me personally, that I loved the special packaging that my order was shipped in, it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for the great communication too!
