The shipping was a little long but that's because the part comes from a company in Germany. overall it took me about 30 days to receive. The packaging was pretty terrible. the box was just a box and was pretty torn up during shipping. there was no sort of stuffing or reinforcement of the box inside luckily the lip itself was not damaged the protective plastic film on it did its job. There were broken parts on both ends of the rails for installation. The seller asked to unpack it and take a photo (correspondence saved). I sent photos and asked if with such damage it was possible to install the part without problem? Instead of offering to return, the seller wrote to me "Ok, we're going ahead" and did not respond further. Awful. I don't recommend this seller.
