Just a quick tip: the blue and white leads might be reversed from an OEM battery. If you see a faint battery symbol on your Zune that fades away, try switching those two leads before assuming it's defective. That fixed it for me.

Battery simply will not charge. However seller refunded immediately. No hassle. Unfortunate that the battery was bad, but the seller made up for that with great service.

Seller was not responsive to messages, though I did receive email updates from them regarding shipping and delivery.
