I had to get ebay themselves to step in and issue a refund after nearly a month of no shipment or response and they even rejected my cancellation request showing that they are simply ignoring me. This seller is extremely scummy and you should avoid purchasing an item from them at all costs. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I messaged seller like 10 times over a 2 week period after the pants were supposed to arrive. Nothing. Total silence. Who does that? I honestly think this seller doesn't even have what they are selling and just hopes that you forget that you ordered them until the window for a refund expires and they get to pocket the money. Total scam artist. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "SELLER". You will only receive disappointment.
