    Rude selfish seller refuses to negotiate a lower price, the seller has the make offer option from their listing. The make offer from the listing should allow me to negotiate the price. This stubborn seller keeps rejecting the offer. After the seller cancelled my order/refund , so that I can change my delivery method. I asked the seller to reserve the wig and the response I got was very AWKWARD. they ignored my request and sarcastically said ok and did nothing, took NO action.
