To me, the investigation should have taken as long as it takes to call the shipper. The next day he was still “investigating.” The simple answer is the label was created it never shipped. He asked me to give him time to ship the package but I’d already waited a week. He agreed to refund the money but I have received it yet. eBay will have to step in and make it right!
