It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect.
