They vinyl wrapped lid to cover scratches but dent still visible. Screen has marks. Left and right click buttons seem to stick, doesn't give a noticeable click. Very annoying so I've had to order a wireless laser mouse separate. Wasn't expecting perfect by any means but expected better than received. Will still leave 5 stars and positive feedback because I don't enjoy leaving negative feedback.

It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect. The laptop arrived superbly packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, inside a sturdy cardboard box. BirminghamAV is my go-to supplier for laptops and PCs. Highly recommended.
