The laptop itself is fine. There are some places that show damage ( but no issue as it refurb). The bottom cover wasn't on properly, clips had been missed on one side, again no issue because I was able to sort it out. Overall very happy with it. ATM I will update this if anything crops up, but for what I paid, I recommend them highly

Best price I could find for this item, so it's got to be good value for my money. Has a glare free screen and comes in the usual HP satin silver finish. Good communication from seller and very well packaged. Arrived before promised delivery date , so I can highly recommend this seller, a five star service all round, also was fully charged.

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

Really good comms and customer service - a pre sales question was answered within 5 minutes and delivery within 2 days. Only slight issue I have is a rather noisy CPU cooling fan, but at this price point, I can put up with it or can afford to replace it (I've chosen the latter). Overall, I'm very pleased with both the PC and seller.
