Had to go to Lenovo website (support.lenovo.com) to find HID compliant touchpad drivers to get it working properly (also managed to get the fingerprint reader working). Once I'd spent a week or so doing all of that the computer is brilliant - very clean, great condition and very fast. Shame about software problems.

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

Really good comms and customer service - a pre sales question was answered within 5 minutes and delivery within 2 days. Only slight issue I have is a rather noisy CPU cooling fan, but at this price point, I can put up with it or can afford to replace it (I've chosen the latter). Overall, I'm very pleased with both the PC and seller.
