On June 15, 2025 I Purchased the one left Leatherman micra PINK CANCER awareness as a relative passed of breast cancer. sellers advertised ONE LEFT continued to show one left. This seller FALSELY ADVERTISES TO FOOL BUYERS INTO PAYING MUCH HIGHER PRICE. Instead of the PINK Awareness MICRA I received a USED silver micra. Contacted sell, no Response. To date no response. seller continues to advertise one left of same Leatherman micra PINK Awarness.

    We have sold hundreds of brand new Leatherman and other products in the recent past. Feedback proves all sold in exact brand new condition they were listed. We believe the buyer switched the limited edition product into a used cheap one and returned in the box. Refund issued and we took the loss of the LE high value product.

    The seller made an error, but I didn't feel like bothering with any return, because I can use the item that they shipped. Therefore, there's no sense in dinging their eBay feedback, since I chose not to bother doing a return or refund. The listing and photo was for model E12 version V2, but they shipped model E12 version V3, which is not the one I wanted. The lesson for the seller is, don't ship the wrong version, and if the old version is out of stock, then just delist it.
