Contacted seller and they blamed a warehouse issue and asked me to provide evidence by photo of the item received which I did. Over a month now and still no result, only a “still waiting on warehouse” update message from seller weeks ago and nothing since. This is poor customer service to make someone wait so long to resolve such a simple issue. Next time I will go direct to the importer “yumtreats” to avoid issues again.

Plants were healthy and strong and in great condition. Definitely got value for my money. I also cannot fault customer service, all my questions were answered within a timely manner, usually within 24 hours.
