    Great communication!!! These items are incredibly beautiful, and they arrived on-time and packaged so well. After receiving several damaged shipments for fragile glassware in the past from others, this was extremely important to me. This shipper did everything right - extra bubble wrap and no crowded items insured they arrived in pristine condition! I would never hesitate to purchase from this Vendor in the future and wish every shipper out there would take as much care as this person does!

    The packaging when delivered was damaged but I believe it was due to postal workers. The books were carefully wrapped together and had no damage despite rough transition. A wonderful deal on this set. The condition was as described in the listing if not better than what I expected.
