The packaging was overkill which is the best possible version in my opinion. Item was exactly as described & a bonus I didnt expect was it was rather clean. I found the part I needed on his site around 6pm my time on a Monday night and told him I'd pay for express shipping because we were without heat. He not only packaged it up that night, but drove to find a UPS truck to put it on since it was past drop off time. By 10:30 the next morning I had the part!
