When I took it out the ratchet doesnt function properly, it's super stiff in either free spin direction almost like it's catching on itself when gearless is supposed to be buttery smooth. When you swap directions for tightening, the mechanism inside often doesn't change direction and gets stuck in the same direction you was originally going! For this price I expected a way better product!
