I asked for a different shade and he refused. He was dismissive, toxic and angry. He listed the shade as red, looked redish/orangish in the pictures. I inquired over a message where he informed me it is indeed red. When I received them, they arrived in used grocery bags. They are definitely not red, they look more Orange in person than the pictures. I contacted him and he refused to remake. Making them again in red would look identical. I believe the buyer is looking for a free product as they refused to send the parts back for a full refund.
