I asked a question about the one of the pictures of earrings before purchase and was given wrong information. When I received the earrings, I had to repair them myself due to the flaw I had originally spotted in the picture. The seller was willing to accept the return if I wanted, but I decided to keep the earrings. She wouldn’t refund me after 3 weeks of no item & endless senseless messaging back & forth! The post office visits x3 were all the same news & they couldn’t even confirm if the seller really made a postal claim & the seller never provided me with that info either.
