I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect. Item arrived well packaged well within the stated timescale. Item recieved as specified, plus item had Windows 11 Pro installed out of the box, so I didn't have to install it myself. All I have done so far is download the relevant driver for my K4000 graphics card, which is the only thing I transplanted from my Dell T5500 into my new Z2 G4. In all, very happy with it. VG communication with seller. Recommended.
