    Shipping was as expected, though I got 2 items with a combined shipping cost less. Seller gave no refund, packaging excellent and item as described. I did not realize it did not come without base for gold wire to hold the ornament, odd. not seller’s fault. I looked it up, found product itself sells it separately. The price little high for item as they sell less but I needed it for an event, had to spend. Timing is everything. Next time I’ll be patient.

    I absolutely love this piece. The detail is amazing. I will have to change some of my decor around to find the best spot. The packing was meticulous and it was shipped so quickly!
