If the screen doesn't change, like when listening to a radio station thru the computer. the screen goes dark. The audio from the adapter quits too. Got around that by hooking the home theater audio inputs to the line level outputs on the computer motherboard. Now adapter only does video.

The best part about this product is the USB plug for power, its not the weak one used on cheap android phones its the stronger one that doesn break. Seller shipped super fast as well! Great product.

What I didn't like is that the seller provided a fake tracking number, and when I told him the tracking number wasn't working, he said "USPS FCM letter mail (letter tracking number is not traceable)." I told him that it it would be better not to provide a tracking number at all since it doesn't work anyway.

The seller was cooperative, responsive, and did their best to assist with tracking and resolution. While I can’t comment on the product’s quality or performance since it wasn’t delivered, the seller’s customer service was commendable. The situation was frustrating, but no fault lies with the seller. Marking positive due to the sellers helpful attitude.
