As it was delivered directly to the recipient I never actually saw the item in person but the recipient was very pleased with how it looks on display in his room in a care home. The recipient advised me that the item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

I was disappointed though at the lack of communication after messaging asking if a note could be added to say who gift was from and not to include an invoice with the parcel. I have no idea whether this request was carried out or not.
