The seller responded promptly, apologized and included a tracking number for a replacement item. Definitely was not a issue the seller could have caught and would purchase from again if they are selling an item I am looking for. One thing I noticed is that this particular split Loom is made a lot better than some I have bought in the past from other vendors in the fact that you can work with it easily and it appears it will take more high temperature abuse.

The seller quickly sent another one to replace it at no cost. Unfortunately, the second and third ones arrived broken due to poor packaging. Since these adapters are fragile, I implored the seller to ship it in a cardboard box rather than a poly bag, which they did, and finally that one arrived intact. I appreciate this seller shipping FOUR of these at their expense to finally resolve the problem.
