Fast responses to all messages. Didn’t accept discount as it was too difficult and expensive to replace items separately, seller arranged speedy full refund. Disappointed the whole costume didn’t arrive but these things happen. Very happy with seller’s customer service. Would buy from them again.

Item arrived damaged, of poor quality, and lacked all legitimate branding. This is deliberate trademark misuse and false advertising. When confronted, seller refused to acknowledge the counterfeit issue. I have reported them to eBay, the ACCC, and Good Smile’s IP enforcement. Avoid this seller, they are knowingly distributing counterfeit goods in breach of law.
