Delivery didn’t take too long I suppose bearing in mind the holiday period but three of the ten items were smashed. A partial refund was given after two days but I really wanted the damaged trays replaced. I never received a reply to my email about not wanting a refund but wanting the goods. I have brought from here before without problems and the seven undamaged trays are ok.
