We successfully changed the glass and returned the device to the customer. The customer complained about Face ID issue. We arranged the return and checked the Face ID connectors and the flex and no damage to either. We advised the customer Face ID can fail with or without a repair and that's why we cannot guarantee Face ID as its a paired component which Apple authorise, explained in our Terms & Condtions for all our repairs
