They are denying that shipped the wrong size & are less than helpful when it comes to me getting the correct size. They will ONLY help once I send back the wrong one, they check it & then maybe they will either issue a refund or send the same ring back. Terrible customer service! Also the ring is much more dainty than the pictures show! Not sure that it’s new, but the value is less than amazing! Looks like a cheap ring from China!
