The Cheetah 15K.5 (ST3300655FC) hard drive is designed to work well with PC systems. This Fiber Channel Hard Drive with a spinning capacity of 15000 RPM ensures faster data processing. With a huge storage capacity of 300 GB, this Seagate hard disk lets you store all your multimedia, data and work related files conveniently. A buffer memory of 16 MB in this Seagate hard disk allows smooth application performance. A single 40-pin SCA connector used in the Fiber Channel link of this Fiber Channel Hard Drive provides sufficient bandwidth to sustain read-write cycles of approximately 100MB/s. The Cheetah 15K.5 (ST3300655FC) includes exclusive features such as BMS (Background Media Scan), ECC (Error Correction Code) and IRAW (Idle Read After Write) for safeguarding data integrity in the most challenging conditions.
