We have not as yet fitted them yet due to hold ups with another business. From the very start our questions were answered very quickly and Karl could not have been more helpful. Ordering was easy, they were made quickly, arrived safely to Scotland with excellent delivery. They look like very well made oak treads and we are looking to fitting them. Will use again &recommend. It has all arrived nicely packed in a pristine condition. I think it looks great and definitely a lot better than the carpet i had previously!
