Once I managed to fit everything together & used the ring seat, I found that one plastic support notches was missing (probably flushed away down the toilet already & then this morning exactly the same but this time as in the photos) I managed to rescue one from being flushed. These are not fixed very well therefore I will require replacements. Please send 4 extras just in case of reoccurrence. Thank You.

Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else. Also I have to say the sellers prices are super reasonable and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Packaging could be improved as one of the mounts had been dented while 'floating' around in the plastic bag used for despatch, however actual frame was contained in separate boxes, please take note seller.

I contacted the seller who sent a replacement out straight away, very efficient service. Items are good quality and look good at a reasonable price. I can see why my first order was damaged, although there was a good amount of packaging, the box needed some extra tape on the preformed base (assume first order fell out through this in transit).
