They even asked me what was wrong with the belt. They promised UPS shipping, and it was returned via USPS. I paid almost $200, and it seems they didn't even take it apart, touch it, or remove a single screw. Because you know your stuff. Sent as it was, returned as it was. NOT RECOMMENDED! ZERO STARS. I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP FROM EBAY.

Seller was very responsive through messages on eBay. I received my repaired (probably better than new) seatbelt within four days. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends/family.
