    Sellers were very prompt. They emailed me immediately and the package was sent right away. The plate arrived broken but it was NOT the sellers fault. It was very well packaged. The fault lies with the Postal Service who clearly handled it quite roughly. I would gladly buy from these sellers again. They are very honest and very quick with shipping. Prices are reasonable. I give them 10 stars for their integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    The blouse is as pretty as described and I am very happy with this purchase. However, I was disappointed that it took 10 days to arrive and very little effort was put in the packaging. I guess I was expecting more due to the requested premium shipping charge.

    I have no control over USPS shipping. Paid on 6/4. Shipped on 6/6. Delivered 6/14. I always wait for payment to clear which usually takes 2 days. Shipped Priority Mail from East Coast to West Coast so 8 days over a weekend is not unexpected. I carefully packaged the blouse. Sorry you were disappointed with that. Thank you for your business.
