It's sleek, elegant, and it doesn't have a lot of contraptions so it's easy-to-use and maintain. It has features that I like (most of them) and use all the time. It's not so cheap that it's a piece of junk, nor does it cost an arm and a leg. If one of the components (one of the shower heads or the diverter) breaks, it's easy and affordable to replace. It arrived early and was described accurately. 10 / 10! I'm very pleased!
