He offered me a full refund or choose another laptop. I told him the spec I required. Within 10 mins he contacted me and sent photos of a laptop with same spec, which I was happy with. I thought this was great customer service. I received laptop and it's great. Highly recommended seller and will use again.

Upon telling the seller they were eager, after confirming with me that this problem was real, to ship me a replacement keyboard, which came extremely fast since its said shipment. I strongly recomend this seller, they are very professional, kind and really know what they're doing/talking about.
