I did ask if we could get this rectified with refund. He denied. I didn’t redeem the codes after all so they are still usable. To no fault of the seller, it was definitely the shipper. Contacted the seller and they responded very quickly, were very understanding and sent out a replacement immediately. I have to admit I was initially skeptical about the product’s quality, but that changed once it arrived. It's the original case, in great condition, and it was very well packaged. The only thing I found a bit odd was that the shipping cost was almost the same as the item itself, haha. As for the delivery time, it was fair — about a week via standard mail. Overall, I recommend the seller!
