Cheap materials and I don't feel it is going to hold up past a few fishing trips. During installation while installing the spacer brackets one broke, so first rattle out of the cage I had to zip tie it down. Installation was easy and it works as it should but if you are going to charge a premium price then offer a premium product. The hook is made of plastic prone to breaking.⁸
