    The item arrived quickly and was well packaged for the trip. It had plastic end caps and was wrapped in bubble wrap (besides the electrostatic prevention bag). Did look like it is brand new and the item is as described in the listing. Loaded it up and it formatted and partitioned without issue. The item was as described an seems to be working upon initial inspection and configuration. Good value for the price. Would purchase from this seller again. Thanks!
